As expected, Ohio State remains No. 2 in CFP rankings

Ohio State remained No. 2 in the College Football Rankings released on Tuesday.
This was a given because No. 1 Oregon won easily over Maryland last week and the Buckeyes rolled over Purdue 45-0.
Oregon defeated OSU 32-31 on Oct. 12.
The Big Ten has four of the top five teams in the CFP rankings. Penn State is No. 4 and Indiana is No. 5. Texas, from the SEC, is No. 3.

The Big Ten does not have any other teams ranked in the top 25. Though the conference has four teams in the top five, only the champion will get a bye and a top-4 seeding in the final ranking.
